chattanoogaCITIZEN: Citizen Perspectives on Measurement of Local Government Performance in Chattanooga was the result of an eleven month project led by the Chattanooga-based Community Research Council (CRC). In addition, faculty members at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Georgia State University also participated in the project. The project was funded by a grant from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
