The
vitality of our region is based on a healthy economy and strong
communities. Research on community and economic development will
examine issues around job growth, housing, asset development and
neighborhood revitalization.
CRC and Community and Economic Development
CRC has performed ongoing data analysis for both
Community Impact and Lyndhurst to assist in assessments of their
programmatic impact. CRC also has provided analysis of regional
economic trends, through participation in the Chamber of Commerces
consumer price survey and research on underemployment in the region.
Most recently, CRC has completed an extensive
report on fair housing as part of a federally funded grant to
the City of Chattanooga.
