Eileen
Robertson-Rehberg comes to the Community Research Council from Hope
College’s Frost Research Center in Holland, Michigan, where she was
director and responsible for all aspects of the Center’s research
projects.
Eileen is a recent graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, with a masters degree in Program Planning and Evaluation (1998) and Ph.D. in Policy Analysis and Management (2002). Her dissertation research provided case study analyses of federal funding and associated neighborhood changes.
Eileen has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. In addition she has expertise in demographic analysis, computer mapping software and geographic data base management. She lives in the Chattanooga area with her husband, Wes Rehberg.
